Colonial Investment & Management Co., Inc. is a property management company serving a limited group of investors. The company Incorporated in Delaware in 1979, has had its offices located in Treadway Towers, 9 E. Loockerman Street, Dover, Delaware since its inception.

Our properties primarily consist of residential apartments and townhouses - all located within the City limits of Dover - as well as office buildings, all located within the Delmarva peninsula.

Our management office and our own maintenance staff are located in the center of Dover, allowing us to respond to our residents' needs in a timely manner.

The offices of Colonial Investment and Management Company will be closed Monday, September 1st in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.  Office closures do not effect the due date for rent payments so please plan accordingly.
