The restaurant, now open under new Ownership, will be open 7 days a week.

Sunday: 9:30 AM  until 1:00 AM ; Monday thru Saturday: 11:00 AM until 1:00 AM

If you need to drop off a rent payment at our office, there is a mail-slot drop to the left of our office door. Residents may also go to the RESIDENT PORTAL tab at www.colonialinvestment.com to register to make rent payments online via Credit Card, Debit Card or directly from your checking account via ACH.

Apartment showings are limited to VACANT apartments only until further notice.
