The City of Dover has announced Trick or Treat will be held on October 31, 2022 from 5:00pm till 8:00pm for the City of Dover.

If you are participating please be sure to leave your front light on to designate that you are participating.

Friendly reminder - Parents, please do not let your children go trick or treating alone. Carry a light and watch for traffic!
