If you need to drop off a rent payment at our office outside of regular office hours, there is a mail-slot drop to the left of our office door. Residents may also go to the RESIDENT PORTAL tab at www.colonialinvestment.com to register to make rent payments online via Credit Card, Debit Card or directly from your checking account via ACH.

We do not have "model" apartments for showing. You will see the apartment for which you have applied. Apartment showings are limited to VACANT apartments only until further notice.
