During this time of COVID-19 restrictions, the offices of Colonial Investment & Management will remain open - but with limited access. We can be reached by telephone (302-736-0674), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or the CONTACT US tab of this website. Our maintenance staff is still available to take care of all emergency needs. (Ex: If you have a clogged/overflowing toilet, we will be there. If you have a closet door off the track, it may have to wait.) In order to protect the health of our maintenance staff, we do ask that if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms to understand your non-emergency calls may have to wait to be addressed.
If you need to drop off a rent payment at our office, there is a mail-slot drop to the left of our office door. Residents may also go to the RESIDENT PORTAL tab at www.colonialivestment.com to register to make rent payments online via Credit Card, Debit Card or directly from your checking account via ACH.
