  • Colonial Investment & Management Co., Inc. is a property management company, serving a limited group of investors. The company was Incorporated in Delaware in 1979, and has had its offices located in Treadway Towers, 9 E. Loockerman Street, Dover, Delaware since its inception.

Our properties primarily consist of residential apartments and townhouses - all located within the City limits of Dover - as well as office buildings, all located within the Delmarva Peninsula.

ABOUT DOVER

Dover, with a population of approximately 40,000, is the Capital of the State of Delaware and the County Seat for Kent County, Delaware. It's rich colonial history is evident through the abundance of colonial architecture. A stable economic environment and NO Sales Tax shopping are positive aspects of living in the Dover area.

All of CIMC's residential properties are located within the City of Dover. With colonial history & architecture abundant; four distinct seasons; surrounded by bays, wetlands, agricultural areas, & beaches; and conveniently located within a little over an hour drive from major east coast cities . . . the Dover area is a perfect location for relaxing living!
